Shipping policy

  • Orders in Greece are delivered by ACS within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders to EU countries are delivered by DHL. You can choose between DHL Economy (within 6-8 business days) and DHL Express (within 2-3 business days) for a higher fee.
  • In case of a lost shipment, we will be happy to send you a new one or refund you with the full amount you have paid after we conduct the appropriate search.
  • Shippments can be dalayed for several reasons that are out of our reach. At Cynelia Beauty we always do our best to deliver your orders within the promised period. In case of small delays (1-2 days), we would love to ask for your patience and understanding.
  • In case of unforseen circumstances (eg. strikes, extraordinary events, extreme weather conditions, etc…), our store is not liable to any delays as long as they are justified by these circumstances. 
  • Our shipping policy may be changed at any time withour prior notice.
